Ingredients
  1. 4 slices – Whole wheat bread
  2. 1/2 cup – Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce
  3. 1 medium – tomato, red
  4. 4 servings – Turkey Pepperoni
  5. 1/2 cup – mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lay out bread on a baking pan. Spread marinara sauce on each slice. Quarter tomato and place one quarter onto each slice. Top with pepperoni and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread has become crispy. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
