Say your team is struggling in finishing up a project: if you have an idea to get over a hump, share it with your team and initiate to layout a plan of action. List action items and assign a person to each item. Don’t forget to assign an item or two for you too. If your team realizes that your doing the part, they are more likely to do theirs too. Be a leader by example.
