Ingredients
- 4 slices – Whole wheat bread
- 1/2 cup – Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce
- 1 medium – tomato, red
- 4 servings – Turkey Pepperoni
- 1/2 cup – mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Lay out bread on a baking pan. Spread marinara sauce on each slice. Quarter tomato and place one quarter onto each slice. Top with pepperoni and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread has become crispy. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
